From I-95:
Take exit 12 East ("To Beaches") for Sunny Isles Blvd (165th St, after while becomes 163rd St), go 4 miles east towards Biscayne Blvd.
After crossing Biscayne Blvd, keep going one more mile (4th lights) to Interama St.
On your right is main entrance to Oleta State Park, on your left is 8-store yellow office building with Studio huge windows on the 1st floor, suit #101,  (next to Ale House)
